hi love!

I’m Shelb, I’m all about the Self:

Self-Love. Self-Empowerment. Self-Awareness.

Mindfulness Check in:

Take a moment to connect with your breath - Feel your lungs expand as you inhale and deflate as you exhale.

I am so grateful to have you here! I am sending you a burst of energy full of gratitude & love.

At heart, I am a country girl from Utah! I’ve created a life I love living as a digital creator, educator, retreat facilitator/host, meditation instructor, and branding consultant. My Master's is in Clinical Social Work with an emphasis on Mind-Body Bridging. As a former domestic violence therapist, I became committed to helping women step into their power after leaving and escaping a powerless situation.

With my knowledge, passion for stepping into my divine power, & spiritual awakening I’ve learned to look at life through a lens of receiving. Life happens for us not at us. As I’ve stepped into my divine power, I’ve brought my online community along the way. I aim to lead as an example of what it looks like to heal & fully dive into yourself.

It’s unsettling to discover how we are taught how to hate ourselves but not how to love ourselves. My mission is to help you see how uniquely special you are & how you can create a life you love living.

Three facts about me

  • I grew up in Utah & have 7 siblings. I am the oldest by 7-19 years.

  • I have a deep held core belief that I am alone & this is something I am consistently working on to break

  • I believe in the power of plant medicine & it has been a huge part of my spiritual awakening

ALL ABOUT THE SELF — SELF LOVE. SELF GROWTH. SELF AWARENESS. SELF COMPASSION.

  • Well, honestly I should say - WHY NOT THE SELF?

It’s okay if you don’t exactly know yourself! If you really think about it, we were never formally taught how to befriend ourselves and our thoughts. Our educational system teaches us how to be successful in the working world. Therefore, we’ve never been formally taught how to identify our emotions, to cope with incoming negative thoughts, or to simply love ourselves.

This responsibility of self-development has been left to our parents. Personally, that’s a pretty hefty duty for someone that’s never been formally taught how to develop oneself. That’s why its important to take time to invest in yourself and develop an understanding about- your triggers, ingrained beliefs, dysfunctional generational patterns, and how to self-sooth, etc?

There’s several resources to gain this insight and I hope to be another resource for your self-growth journey. As a clinical social worker I’ve taken the time to gain the skills and knowledge to help you grow. I first pursued this career path due to my upbringing. Throughout my childhood I struggled with my self-worth. I felt alone and decided that I wanted to help people feel supported and empowered. I wanted to provide them with resources to grow and heal. Through my education, I have had to learn how to personally heal and grow. I want to share my knowledge and resources with you!

I want to help you grow even more so you can truly see what you are capable of! Lets uncover your strengths together because at the end of the day all you have is yourself. You’ve taken the first step by showing up here. You can’t fully meet others needs if you haven’t put yours first.
