• 1 package of pre-cooked lentils

• 1 tub of bruschetta sauce

• Your favorite cheese I prefer goat cheese

• Arugula or micro greens to top

• Package of your favorite crackers

  • Mix all the ingredients together - top with micro greens and stuff your face full of goodness
