If you haven’t noticed I’ve literally been living off these pancakes!

Tbh I don’t really measure anything bc my end goal is to just make it a pancake consistency more runny than thick tho!

So what you need is:

•A blender

•Aprox. 3 tablespoons of oats

• egg or egg white for less fat

• splash of Vanilla

• splash of liquid I usually use oat milk or a protein shake

• handful of spinach

• a little bit of pancake mix so they will get a Lil fluffy and cook through

• add in cinnamon & cloves for some spice

& cook with coconut oil. Mixtures shouldn’t be too thick so they can cook through.

Now for the pears:

• cut them up in the bit sizes pieces

• add coconut oil to the pan, and add pears

• once warmed up drizzle with honey, cinnamon, and cloves

  • add together and boom it’s amazing and so easy!
